-          *   Grinders 2 Nos. with a capacity of 1200 Kgs per shift

-          *   Blender 2 Nos. with a capacity of 2400 Kgs per shift

QUALITY ASSURANCE:

At Decpro Paints the priority is quality of the products. As an ISO 9001:2008 certified company; we have a detailed procedure for testing of our raw material and products so as to ensure the satisfaction of our customer.

1. The raw materials procured are from well established suppliers and tested for its characteristics before use in production. We have defined various testing methods depends up on the input and the testing process is strictly followed.
2. At production floor the materials are charged as per computerized job sheet and in process testing is recorded at every level of production.
3. In the final stage the batch undergoes quality approval by Quality Control Department. Only after conducting the required tests, the department approves the batch and handed over to stores for despatches.

Decpro Paints is having a dedicated team for continuous optimization of existing products for cost reduction and quality. Our teams also engaged in development of new products as per the requirements of our valued customers.
