Mr S Balachandran
Managing Partner
Mr Balachandran a chemical engineer from AC Tech, Chennai comes with a lot of experience in the chemical and coatings industry. He has been instrumental in the growth of the company. Under his leadership the company has grown multi-fold and is recognized as one of the leading paint manufactures in India. He is extremely smart with finance and business aspects of the company. His emphasis in quality and dedicated support to customers plays a big part in the firm's reputation.
Ms K. Anitha Padmini
Finance and HR Manager
Ms Padmini a MBA graduate from Osmania Univeristy, brings a lot of experience in finance management. She has been instrumental in making this firm ISO-9001 compliant. She heads the company in maintaining all finance documents and represents the company in Sales Tax, Income Tax and Excise departments. She also ensures that the company follows all the procedures related to ISO-9001. She is also in charge of hiring and represents the company in workers union agreements and discussions.
Mr Sukumaran
Asst Manager Sales
Mr Sukumaran comes with years of experience with paints and coatings industry. He is incharge of sales and talks to various customers to gather requirements. He works with the branches and ensures sales growth. He manages the raw material warehouse and ensure policies and procedures are followed to be ISO Compliant. He is also incharge of Excise book keeping and records.
Mr S Lakshmi Narayana (chella)
Sr Executive Production Planning and Control
Mr Chella comes with years of experience in paints and coatings industry. He completely takes care of production planning as per customer requirements. He is also incharge of raw material procurement. He talks to various suppliers and negotiates raw material prices.
